Can you put the money directly into my account?
Our state-of-the-art owner portal allows us to directly deposit rental funds into your account. Less paper, less hassle, more money in the bank. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
We operate with full transparency. You are welcome to see any documents, receipts, screenings, etc. for your property and tenants. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We pay out owners’ checks on or before the 20th of each month through an electronic bank transfer. -
How is rent collection handled?
Our state-of-the-art resident portal allows tenants several options to pay their rent by EFT, or automatic bank debit. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We customize our leases in accordance with each owner’s property management plan. -
